We are delighted to have once again been awarded the EcoVadis Gold Medal. This means that Rattay Metallschlauch- und Kompensatorentechnik GmbH, as part of the Rattay Group, continues to rank among the top 5% of companies assessed by EcoVadis worldwide. This repeated Gold certification underscores the fact that sustainability is not a one-off project for us, but an integral part of our corporate strategy.
Having already significantly improved our rating in the previous cycle, this latest award confirms the effectiveness of our consistent measures across all relevant areas of sustainability. In particular, in the areas of the environment, labour and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement, we have not only maintained our high standards but have further strengthened them.
This success is underpinned by clearly defined processes, binding standards throughout the entire supply chain, and ongoing training and awareness-raising initiatives for our employees. Our aim is not only to demonstrate responsibility internally, but also to work with customers and partners to develop sustainable solutions that have a long-term impact.
Winning another gold medal is both a mark of recognition and an incentive for us. It encourages us to continue developing our sustainability strategy consistently and to play an active role in shaping the transition towards an environmentally and socially responsible economy.
