We are expanding our range of services: our subsidiary Rattay DK commissioned a modern painting facility at the end of 2025.

This means that Rattay DK now offers comprehensive surface treatments from a single source. The range of services includes sandblasting and glass bead blasting of components with a diameter of up to 2,000 mm and a length of up to 3,000 mm, as well as painting of components in a booth (dimensions: L = 6900 mm / W = 3900 mm / H = 2700 mm). We also offer this service to third parties.

The new system gives us additional capacity, increases flexibility in processing and ensures consistently high surface quality – even for large-format components.
