Rattay Metallschlauch- und Kompensatorentechnik GmbH (RMK AT) in Himberg, Austria, has initiated a strategic partnership with Flexitherm Solar Industry SRL in Romania, which offers enormous potential for expanding business activities. The aim of this cooperation is to promote the development and distribution of innovative solutions in the field of building services, in particular solar and heat pump technology.

As part of this partnership, RMK AT has acquired 50% of Flexitherm’s shares. This investment forms the basis for exploiting synergies in sales, production and technical expertise, thereby driving forward new product development in a targeted manner. By joining forces, future-oriented solutions will be developed that meet the requirements of a growing market.
